重载碟簧垫圈是设计用于8.8-10.9Grade 高强度螺栓紧固连接的补偿预紧力垫圈，减少螺栓安装或工作过程中震动、高温蠕变导致的连接松动。
重载荷碟簧用于静载荷环境，在同等外形尺寸下，提供了数倍于普通蝶形弹簧的载荷力，当压平时碟簧载荷为螺栓载荷的70-90%。

DIN 6796 Conical spring washers washers have been specifi cally developed for high-strength bolts in the strength classes 8.8 – 10.9 as per DIN ISO 898 Part 1. The loads of the washers have been matched to these bolts and are 70 to 90% of the bolt load in the fl at state.
by maintaining a sufficiently high proloading in a bolted connection, conical spring washers are designed to prevent loosening of the assembly, which maybe caused, for instance, by the effect of setting. the specification of residual spring forces given in DIN 267-26 has made it possible for first time to assess the performance of spring washers.
